What does it take to cook at a 3 Michelin star restaurant? We will get to see that first hand at a private dining experience designed by chef Matt Syfu.

Chef Matt has been cooking for many years is currently the sous chef at Catogna. Previously he worked at the sister restaurant Quince, a 3 Michelin star restaurant in San Francisco. Tonight we will have an intimate dinner party made from scratch by chef Matt from the freshest ingredients from the farmer's market.

Since it's a private party, we don't need to pay for over-priced drinks! You are welcome to bring your drink of choice to compliment the delicious food.

This may just be your best meal of the year!
