What does it take to cook at a 3 Michelin star restaurant? What techniques can we learn to improve our own cooking skills? Chef Matt Syfu will answer that and more during this exclusive cooking lesson for UAC Premium Members.

Chef Matt has been cooking for many years and currently works at Quince, a 3 Michelin star restaurant in San Francisco. Tonight we will have an intimate conversation with him about food and cooking. He will also lead us in making a few simple dishes that we can add to our own cook books.
