We’re heading to Tahoe for this 3 day holiday weekend to play in the snow! We’re 20 minutes away from Squaw Valley so even if you don’t ski/snowboard, there will be SO many winter activities to try out.

Epic Pass holders can spend the weekend shredding Northstar’s awesome runs. With over 3,000 ski-able acres, there is the perfect trail for everyone. From bunny hills and groomers to bowls and terrain parks, you’re sure to find plenty of runs for your skill level. Make sure to be at the top of Rendezvous lift at 2 PM for free champagne!

Advanced people without an Epic pass and beginners can spend their time at Squaw Valley. Experts will appreciate the variety of difficult and long runs while beginners can find forgiving learning zones set among dramatic alpine scenery.

Don’t ski/snowboard? Totally ok! There are so many other things to do here. You can snowshoe through Squaw Valley's snowy meadow and designated trail system. You cake a trip back in time and learn about the 1960 Winter Olympics that took place at Squaw Valley. On Saturday night, you can try out disco tubing where you spin down the tubing lanes to music by live DJs and colorful LED lights and lasers. You can even go on an hour long dog sledding tour/trek through the valley!

When we’re not out enjoying all that the Tahoe area has to offer, we’ll spend our time relaxing back at our spacious 4 bedroom house conveniently located twenty minutes from both Northstar and Squaw Valley.

After a day spent under the blue California sky, we’ll whip up a delicious meal in the gourmet fully equipped kitchen. We can soak our sore bodies in the private hot tub, sip on some hot cocoa next to the fireplace, and play some Foosball.

With all the fun activities at Squaw Valley, Northstar, and around Lake Tahoe, this is sure to be an unforgettable President’s Day weekend. This trip will sell out so book your spot today!
